Disclaimers

  • All items are imitation jewellery unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to amend or terminate the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice
  • All prices include VAT
  • All goods remain the property of Bling & Beautiful until paid for
  • For hygeinic reasons we do not accept returns on any pierced jewellery
  • Returns are sent at your own expense and we recommend using recorded delivery and keeping your proof of postage
  • Notice of non-delivery must be given within 7 days of despatch

We aim to ensure all descriptions and measurements of products are as accurate as possible. Every effort is made to provide you with images which are of a good representation of the product. However, colours and images may vary due to the lighting or the photography process and also according to the monitor that they are viewed on..
The images on this web site do not represent the actual size of the item.  All sizes given are approximate.

Payment/Delivery

All payments are processed through PAYPAL, which is a secure site.  Please note that you do not need a paypal account to make payment online.  Once an order has been placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. Prior to despatch we will send you a despatch confirmation by email.

Payment by cheque is also accepted and should be made payable to Bling & Beautiful.  Goods will be despatched upon the receipt of cleared funds.  All orders are despatched by royal mail recorded delivery. We expect to deliver within 7 working days.

Returns/Cancellations

We  believe our goods to be of the highest quality but if you are dissatisfied for any reason you may return the goods within 7 days for a full refund. If payment was received via paypal the refund will be made via paypal, if the payment was received by cheque then the refund will be made via a cheque. Your refund will be made within 30 days.  In the interest of health and hygiene we cannot accept pierced jewellery eg/ earrings, body piercings, back under any circumstances.

1)    These goods must be returned with their original presentation packaging.

2)    The jewellery must not have been worn or damaged in any way.

3)    No refund will be given if goods are damaged in any way.  If the goods are still in their original condition then a full refund will be given as stated above.

If you would like to cancel an order please notify as soon as possible quoting you order number. If the item has already been dispatched you will be charged the postage fee of £2.00.

When returning an item please include the order number. Until the item reaches us it remains your responsibility. Therefore we suggest you use a postal service which will insure you for the value of the items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

We check every item of jewellery prior to its despatch but should you find the jewellery to be faulty on receipt then we will happily exchange them.  We cannot be held responsible for any item of jewellery that is damaged after 7 days of receipt and no exchanges or refunds will be given in this instance.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Out of stock items 

Goods advertised may from time to time be out of stock, should this be the case you will be notified at the time of order and goods will be delivered within 30 days, you will however be given the option to cancel and receive an instant refund. 

Privacy Policy

Bling & Beautiful respects the privacy of its customers.

We may collect some personal information from you concerning your order when you buy a product from us. We only keep details of your name, order and email address. This information is for our records only and used for the purposes of verifying your purchase in case of returns, refund or enquiries from  you.

To ensure that shopping with Bling & Beautiful online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted bu out secure paypal server.  We do not hold you card details on our system and they will only be used to authorise your transaction.  At no time do we see any of your card details.

We do not pass on or sell your information to third parties unless required by law to do so. Your information is not used for promotional purposes, we will only contact you in response to your communication with us or in direct relation to an order you have placed.
